Welcome to Astro Zen. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Astro Zen mobile application and any related services provided through the application. By downloading, installing, or using Astro Zen, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the application.
1. Nature of Service
Astro Zen is a digital application designed to provide astrology-based insights, numerology interpretations, tarot reflections, dream symbolism interpretations, and AI-generated conversational guidance. The information presented within the application is generated by algorithms that interpret traditional astrology, numerology frameworks, and symbolic systems. The application is intended for entertainment, reflection, and personal curiosity.
The service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or otherwise using Astro Zen, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Professional Disclaimer
Astro Zen does not provide professional psychological services, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other professional services. The AI chat companion available within the application is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, doctor, or counselor. It is an automated algorithm designed to generate responses based on patterns and information related to astrology and related symbolic systems.
3. Subscription and Payments
Astro Zen offers subscription plans (PLUS and PRO) processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payments: All transactions are handled by the respective store. Astro Zen uses RevenueCat to manage and validate your subscription status.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Since payments are processed by Apple/Google, all refund requests must be directed to their respective support platforms. Astro Zen cannot issue direct refunds for App Store or Google Play transactions.
4. Interpretation and Responsibility
All information generated by the application should be considered general and interpretative in nature. We do not guarantee that the information presented will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for every individual. Users are responsible for how they interpret and apply any information provided by the application. Astro Zen does not encourage gambling or financial speculation based on its content.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Zen and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to reliance on any AI-generated responses or astrology interpretations.
