Delete your Astro Zen account
You can request deletion of your Astro Zen account and the personal data we hold about you. This page is publicly available and does not require you to sign in.
Delete in the app
If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account directly: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This starts immediate deletion of your in-app profile and associated app data on our servers.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we remove personal data linked to your account, including:
- Profile information (name or nickname, birth date, time, and location used for charts)
- Preferences, mood selections, and saved in-app settings
- AI chat history and long-term memory associated with your account
- Reading history, compatibility entries, and other user-generated content stored in your account
What may be retained
Some information may be kept for a limited period when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, security logs, dispute resolution, or enforcing our terms. Subscription and payment records processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat are governed by those providers’ policies and may not be deleted by Astro Zen directly. Active subscriptions should be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play before or after deletion to avoid future charges.
Processing time
In-app deletion is processed as soon as you confirm in the app. Web requests submitted below are typically handled within 30 days. We may email you to verify ownership of the account before completing deletion.
